University is the palace to inherit civilization, enlighten wisdom and foster soul for man.

The education quality means much for the youth to grow up and becomes talents. It even concerns much for the country to be intelligent and strong.

It is necessary to study attentively. Being a man is the premise of being a talent. The College not only aims at instructing students the way of learning, but also educates them the way of being a man. The method of cultivating talents named as “Five Learns” will be implemented in the instruction process--learn to be a man, learn to learn, learn the specialty, learn English and learn computer. The students should not only master the skill to maintain their lives, but also understand the principle of being a man that will benefit for the whole life.
